Our Story

Dr. Hilbrands and his wife, Miranda, met in SIoux Falls, just after Miranda had graduated from college, and as Nate was applying for dental school.  Their journey took them through an amazing 4 years in Iowa, and upon graduating and getting married, bringing them back close to both of their families in South Dakota.  Having both lived in Brookings, even in the same complex at SDSU without knowing it until years later, they were excited to call Brookings home again.  Dr. Hilbrands could not be more thankful for his time spent working for the Santee Sioux Tribe in Flandreau, it gave him the experience needed to feel comfortable opening his own practice in the community where he lives and raises his family.  Dr. Hilbrands and Miranda are excited to be fulfilling their dream of opening a practice together!
